Chiefs Call for a snapped wire around the 4000 BLK Tyrone Pike. No hazard found as wires was off the roadway.

Fire-Wild Fire
200 PINE GLEN RD, BURNSIDE TWP

Brush 13 and UTV 13 assisted with a large wildfire assisting the Pine Glen Fire Company in Burnside Twp. Crew assisted with fire suppression and mop up on the line. Company 13 operated for 4 hours with 4 volunteers. Interestingly enough, 7 years ago to the day we were in Burnside Twp on the Ridge Rd for a wildfire assisting Pine Glen.

Fire-Dwelling Fire
11 W HICKORY ST, PHILIPSBURG BORO

While returning from the wildfire, Engine Rescue 13 was alerted to assist the Philipsburg Fire Department with a reported dwelling fire on W Hickory St in Philipsburg Boro. Chief 57 arrived immediately after dispatch with nothing showing. The box was held to Company 57 only before the response of Engine Rescue 13.

Our EMS service also hosted the Centre County Ambulance Association meeting at the firehouse bringing in the EMS Chief’s, 911, EMA, Coroners Office and other organization representatives for their bi-monthly meeting.
