| Yesterday and today our EMS Chief, our Billing Specialist, along with several other representatives from agencies across PA, attended the annual Ambulance Association of PA Reimbursement Conference. During this conference, we were refreshed on HIPAA regulations, emerging AI utilization in EMS, along with current trends in claim submission and how to handle denials.
We also had the opportunity to meet the former Chief of EMS of New Orleans EMS, Carl Flores, who spoke about Resiliency and how him and his team rebuilt New Orleans EMS after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. |
