Engine Rescue 13 assisted the Philipsburg Fire Department with a building fire at the Bombshell Salon. Upon arrival Engine Rescue was assigned to do a reverse lay from the scene to the hydrant and supply Engine Rescue 57 while the crew deployed and assisted with fire suppression and overhaul. Company 13 operated in frigid temperatures for 1 1/2 hours with 4 volunteers.
