Chimney Fire
475 State St, Rush Twp
Engine Rescue 13 and Columbia Volunteer Fire Company Truck 22 just cleared a chimney fire. Initial call was reported as sparks from the chimney. Upon arrival of Engine Rescue 13, smoke was visible from the chimney with a strong smell of burning. Crew found no extension into the residence and Truck 22 performed a weight drop and chimney sweep clearing debris from the chimney. Company 13 operated for approximately 1 hour with 7 volunteers. Chief 13 had the command. |
