Engine Rescue 13 handled a vehicle accident with multiple poles and wires down at the 400 BLK State St. Crew secured the scene while EMS evaluated the occupant. State St was closed for several hours while Penelec made repairs. Sandy Ridge was without power for 12 hours. Additional areas of Osceola Mills, Decatur Twp, Chester Hill, and Philipsburg were without power for approximately 2 hours.
