Engine Rescue 13 assisted the Columbia Volunteer Fire Company with a working dwelling fire this afternoon. Upon arrival crew was assigned as the Rapid Intervention Team and staged on the Alpha side. Engine Rescue 13 crew of 7 operated on scene for 1.5 hours before being placed available. Ambulance 13-1 was also on scene for the fire stand by.
