| Today, our ambulance service joined the Columbia Volunteer Fire Company and the Pennsylvania State Police with participating in the monthly training for staff at Fullington Bus Station in Philipsburg. Crews had the chance to simulate a bus crash and explain step by step exactly what each department does in those types of events. We also discussed and learned the proper procedures for evaluating and releasing the children and drivers. This training topic stemmed from the bus accident that occurred on the first day of school in Osceola Mills. |
