High School Graduates

Please join us in congratulating members Owen Sowers and Alisha Surkovic on their graduation from the Philipsburg Osceola Area School District tonight. We extend our well wishes to each of them for success in their future endeavors! They both regularly respond on EMS calls for our service dedicating their time to help their community.
